Our Services

  • Athletic Performance Enhancement Training is a comprehensive program designed to optimize an athlete's physical abilities across various domains. It encompasses strength and conditioning, focusing on building muscle strength and endurance through targeted exercises. Speed and agility training aim to enhance an athlete's quickness, coordination, and reaction time, crucial for competitive sports.

    Acceleration training emphasizes the ability to rapidly increase speed, while deceleration training concentrates on controlled slowing down, both vital aspects in dynamic sports situations. Change of direction drills enhance an athlete's agility and flexibility, allowing for swift transitions during gameplay.

    Balance training is incorporated to improve stability and coordination, essential for preventing injuries and maintaining control during athletic movements. This holistic approach addresses the diverse needs of athletes, ensuring a well-rounded development that contributes to overall performance excellence.

  • Cryotherapy treatments involve exposing the body or specific body parts to extremely cold temperatures for a short period. This therapy is used for various purposes, including pain relief, muscle recovery, and skin improvement. There are different methods of cryotherapy, but the most common one involves the use of a cryotherapy chamber or cryosauna.

    During a cryotherapy session, a person enters a cryosauna, where the surrounding temperature drops significantly, usually reaching as low as -200 to -300 degrees Fahrenheit (-130 to -190 degrees Celsius). The individual typically wears minimal clothing and protective gear, such as gloves, socks, and earmuffs, to protect sensitive areas from the cold.

    The session lasts for a few minutes, during which the body is exposed to the extreme cold. This exposure triggers the body's natural response to cold, leading to various physiological reactions. Some potential benefits of cryotherapy treatments include reduced muscle soreness, decreased inflammation, improved joint function, and enhanced overall well-being. It is important to note that while cryotherapy has gained popularity for its potential therapeutic effects, scientific research on its long-term benefits and risks is still ongoing.

  • For ages 6 and up...Our trainers will teach the fundamentals of boxing and exercise. Boxing boosts self-confidence and promotes well-being.  You will be put through a rigorous workout that includes strength, conditioning and of course boxing!
